Lovely Unfurnished Double with All Bills Included

We have a double room available in our clean and friendly house from the end of May (sooner can be arranged). The rent includes all bills (including WiFi). 😊

The bedroom is unfurnished, though we are happy to help arrange furniture to be left by the tenant who is leaving (they have just bought a house and have offered to leave what is helpful!).

The rest of the house offers a downstairs loo, an upstairs bathroom with toilet/bath/shower, as well as a large kitchen, lounge/diner which is private for you and one other person (who only uses it for eating meals). The lounge/diner includes a large dining table, sofa, arm chair, TV, games and books (that you’re welcome to enjoy!). There is another lounge which is private for the landlord and their partner.

Outside, there is a 3-space driveway (plus plenty of on-street parking), along with a spacious back garden with veggie plants, front garden, and a garage.

You will be asked to pay a security deposit of 1-month’s rent, but there are no other fees! Rent is due before the last day of each month.

Last (but by no means least!) we have a small dog... His name is Bailey!
