We have a brand new apartment just around the corner from the lovely Portland Square and a stones throw from Cabot Circus!
We have lived here for just over two years and we love the area!
The apartment is modern with a minimal interior feel to it!

The Room:
A bright and sunny double bedroom with a large window. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is private use of the large bathroom directly across the hall.

Shared Areas:
This is a Room Only let with sole use of a private bathroom, a shared kitchen and dining area.

Rent Details:
Rent is a flat cost of £800pcm (inclusive of bills)

Looking for & Requirements:
- Someone who is clean and tidy.
- Respectful of us and our neighbours.
- Content in their own company and able to respect other people’s privacy and space.
- No pets
- No smokers
- A reference from a workplace
- Proof of ID
- Deposit will be one months rent (£800)

On the edge of St Paul’s, Portland Square is just around the corner when you need some green space and Cabot Circus is a few steps further when you need some retail therapy!
It is a 3 minute walk to town and Cheltenham Road, with Gloucester Road just a few minutes on from there.
It’s perfect for commuting, a 5 minute walk to the Bristol Bus Station and a 15 minute walk to Temple Meads Train Station.

About the Landlords:
We are a couple aged 36 and 40 years old.
We are both working professionals with one of us working from home three times a week.
We like to keep active, socialise with friends and explore the local area.
