Join our home in St Paul’s, in a double room with a shared bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a bed with pull out drawers, a standing desk and a wardrobe. Happy to discuss further if you prefer unfurnished. Perfectly located within walking distance to the city centre, Cabot Circus, Stokes Croft, Gloucester Road, St Werburghs, Temple Meads, and Harbourside. Gym near by (250 metres) and a Short walk to Montpelier Train Station. The famous Glen’s kitchen is literally across the road and Baba Ganoush is at the end of the street (best falafel in Bristol)! Recently renovated courtyard/patio area which will get plenty of use for BBQ’s and drinks in the sun coming into summer.

ℹ️ About Us:
We're a friendly, laid back couple from Australia in our late 30s, both working professionals who sometimes work from home, and are often out of town with work or a quick holiday away. We have lived in Bristol for six years and about two years in St Paul’s. We love it here, it’s a great area with a real community atmosphere. Our home vibe is chilled and welcoming. We enjoy a pint or two and a BBQ but typically keep it pretty mellow during the week relaxing on the sofa watching a series or a film. We like to keep a tidy house and have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight. Plus, meet Minnie! Our legendary, adorable and extremely friendly miniature poodle who loves cuddles, playtime, and sleeping most of the day (part koala possibly)!

👀 Looking For:
We are looking for a laid back individual who is clean and tidy, respectful of others, and doesn’t mind a BBQ or a drink from time to time. Loving dogs is a must as Minnie is a big part of the house! We are super laid back and open to meeting all kinds of people to share our home with.

📅 Availability:
Double room ready for move-in beginning of June.

💷 Rent: £700 per month (not inclusive of bills - bills range between £100-£150 each depending on time of year).
