Double room in a new penthouse flat

We have two rooms available - one double room, and one double room with en-suite (photo unavailable).
The double room is available from 9th January and is fully furnished - bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The double room with ensuite is available from 13th January and is semi furnished - bed only.

The flat is on Ashley Down Road and is 3 years old, large, bright and spacious with an open plan living room/dining area/kitchen and a large balcony.

We are Rich, 27, a civil engineer and Andy who's 29 and works with wine. We're looking for 2 people who will keep the flat in good condition and also be sociable housemates.

There is plenty of safe parking near by and there is a secure bike shed.

We're having a huge response to the advert so we're not going to be able to reply to everyone. The letting agent requires references from your employer and you must have a permanent contract. There are agency fees which are about £160.
