We have one ensuite double bedroom to rent in a modern, comfortable four-bedroom house on Barossa Place in Redciffe available. The house is in the centre of Bristol next to the river and has a garage, patio, balconies, a large shared kitchen and living room and a roof terrace overlooking the river. The house is south facing, light and well insulated. The room is spacious and comes fully furnished. We are 5 minutes from Temple Meads and Queens Square and the Ostrich pub is just round the corner.

We are ideally looking for a friendly and relaxed professional with a good sense of humour to move in asap. We are a friendly bunch that work full time and enjoy eating, watching TV and socializing together. The rent is £650 p/m and bills are usually about £140 p/m on top of that, which includes a bi-weekly cleaner. Both rent and bills are paid at the beginning of each month. It is important that a prospective housemate is working or is about to start work in the area.
