Hello! So we've got a lovely sunny double room available in our 3 bed flat just off Whiteladies road as our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.
The flat's in a great location opposite Clifton down station and within walking distance of the triangle and the downs, plus there's on road permit parking available if you need a car.
Current housemates - we are both two female professionals looking for someone of similar age who is sociable and wanting to be part of a friendly flat share. We are looking for a like-minded girl to complete the group, sorry fellas but girl power and all that. We're hoping to find someone who wants to live with friends and won't be hiding away in their room.
The room itself is part furnished (comes with bed and other items could be negotiated with the girl leaving). The rent for the flat is ã475pcm plus bills (about ã100 a month) and there would also be a deposit required of a months rent.
