I have a fantastic double room available in a newly built house for a working professional. The room is fully furnished to a high standard with new furniture including plenty of storage.

The kitchen and communal areas are fully equipped/furnished. The communal areas include lounge/diner, kitchen (including washer dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher) and bathroom which are all in good decorative order.

All bills inclusive (council tax, water, electricity, gas and internet) in the monthly rent.

Parking is available.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 3 miles from the city centre/Temple Meads, 1. 4 miles from M32 and 0. 9 miles (20 min walk) from Church Road/ St George Park. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the nearest bus stop (buses 6 and 7). St George Park, which is a great space for relaxing in summer, or jogging and other sports. Church Road offers a great variety of shops, including Tesco and Aldi along with cafes, bars, takeaways, newsagents, grocers and pharmacies.

About me: I am a pretty easy going person who enjoys having a laugh. When I am not busy dealing with the demands of life as a Teacher I enjoy socialising with friends, going out for meals and drinks, movie nights, gym, cooking and baking. In the summer I love travelling and going to music festivals.

I am looking for someone to share my home with who I can become friends with and is clean, tidy and house proud :-).
