There is a double bedroom available in a three bedroom property situated right next to Aztec West (30 seconds walking distance). There are parking spaces available and a garden.
The house is newly refurbished to a very high standard, with nice (but shared) bathroom, wood burning stove, newly fitted kitchen and a large open plan dining/lounge area. The bedrooms are furnished with king-sized double beds.
We are currently two professionals living in the house (1 female, 26, English and 1 male, 31, French). We are looking for a third housemate who is friendly but also tidy.
Monday to Friday tenants, professional and female housemates aged between 20 and 35 preferred.
