House share, Double Room available in Quirky House
We have a double room available to rent in our 2 bedroom house located in St. Paul's, Central Bristol. The house is fully equipped with all the essentails and more....
The room is part-furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe & standing mirror and it gets great light. The rent is £500 a month which includes all bills and Wi-Fi.
We are a young (ish) couple, Louisa (29) & Duffy (31) and we have a lovely dog, Ezra who can be seen in one of the pictures. Louisa works for a local Bristol charity and Duffy runs his own building firm, so we are kept busy but love to cook and enjoy a good bottle of wine in the evenings and weekends.
We are looking for a housemate to share our great home. Ideally the person would be in there late 20's/early 30's, tidy, easy going, food lover and sociable!!
If you are interested in viewing the house, please get in touch.
