Hi everyone - myself (26) and my friend (24) are looking for potentially 2 other professional girlies to replace our 2 current housemates who are moving out of Bristol (boo!)

We call the flat the dream flat as we consider it a home and would hope the new tenants would too!

Both bedrooms are incredibly spacious - both unfurnished but one there is the potential to buy all the furniture off the current tenant (for a small price). There’s 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a gorgeous roof terrace 🍹

Located VERY centrally to Clifton village, a very short walk to the suspension bridge! Rent and bills comes to around £800 per month :)

About us
- we’re two working professionals - usually do around 3 days in the office and a max of 2 wfh!
- we’re both incredibly social and absolute love a big fat yap
- it won’t be be a party house as I think we’re just past that age but we do both love a glass of wine / drink / dinner party / pub energy
- looking for someone that would fully meet our vibe as we currently love the energy in the house and love to do things together so would ideally have the same moving forward
