Double room on Clifton Triangle

Location:
Very central, overlooking queens road on the triangle in Clifton. Local amenities, bars, gym & bristol university are all two minutes walk away.

The Flat:
Modern flat with open plan kitchen and cosy living room. The flat is part of an apartment complex which has bike storage space as well.

Current tenants:
2 professionals (Research Associate, Magda & Health Club Manager, Flynn - we are a couple) with our current flatmate leaving, we are in a need of a lovely new one. The room is available as of now for the right person. Flynn works shifts which can include early starts and weekend work so please be respectful of this within reason.

We are friendly, outgoing and like to socialise on weekends and keep ourselves busy on week days with sport / other hobbies etc. We also like to keep the flat clean and tidy at ALL times.
