Large and bright double room available to let

This is a lovely four bedroom end of terrace Victorian house, it benefits from a nice front and back garden. There is a large living and dining room with hard wood floors and period features.

The house is on three floors, the room available to let is on the top floor and faces the back garden. It has plenty of sunshine in the mornings and is a good sized double room.

We have two kittens who are 4 months old, they are terribly friendly and spend most of their time outside!

My boyfriend and I are both medical doctors. Ed is working in Swansea currently which is why we are looking to let out one of our bedrooms. I work at the BRI. We are friendly and relaxed to live with, Ed will generally only be back on the weekends.

We have a cleaner who comes once a week, this is included in the price.

The house is in a great location, it is quiet and peaceful as it backs onto Brandon hill, it also benefits from being close to the bars and restaurants of Clifton, the triangle and the waterfront.

We would be most interested in having someone stay from Monday to Friday during the week. Please do get in contact if this sounds like what your looking for!
