Lovely modern
house with large double bedroom own bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bi Weekly cleaner and linen/towel change, shops, restaurants and bars within minutes walk. Landlady only lives in the house and is often away or out.

There is also limited use of the kitchen- microwave & light snacks only as it is open plan. The main room is not for sharing.

Close to the city centre, the Downs with easy access to air, M ways and Temple Meads. Ideal for professional contractor/consultant looking for an alternative to a hotel. You can leave your stuff in your room and bathroom when you go home.

Please do not respond if you want a full week arrangement. Any exceptions re additional days may be negotiated but it would be very occasional.

Please note I have a Burmese cat and a miniature Schnauzer -neither of which shed and are not allowed in your bedroom or bathroom. I am asthmatic and they don't affect me! I work from home at the moment
