Lovely Friendly House in Cliftonwood

We’re looking for a friendly male housemate to join us in our lovely home.

The spacious room is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe (and an additional free-standing wardrobe if needed). There is a TV point and WIFI throughout the house.

We are a house of professionals so no students please and to keep the balance we are only looking for a guy.

The house itself is spilt over four floors, with six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen and separate lounge ideal for socialising together. Kitchen has all mod-cons. Within the house, we have Virgin Media TV and WIFI. There is also a small outdoor area ideal for summer BBQs and sun!

Ideal location, 5 minutes walk to Clifton village and harbourside, 10 minutes to Clifton triangle and city centre.

We’re a mixed group of young professionals who love cooking, music, movies, nights out and nights in! We’re into sports- football, tennis and zumba, socialising, gigs, the occasional pub quiz, lots of chocolate and BBQs!! We are looking for a clean, friendly and sociable professional with similar interests. Non-smoker and no students.

Room is available from the 1st June ( Maybe the 24th May ) , Rent is £375 a month plus bills. Deposit is one and half month’s rent in advance.
