MONDAY TO FRIDAY. Spacious, calm and private fully furnished large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom in large, quiet non-smoking 5 storey house in Clifton/Hotwells.
TV room and kitchen shared with homeowners (friendly professional married couple and two cats).
The room will most likely suit a self sufficient and mature professional working on contract who does not want the expense, inconvenience and anonymity of staying in a hotel.
We are looking for someone who would welcome the space to do their own thing, who has a good sense of humour, and is relatively tidy.
Previous occupants have really valued the feeling of having their own space within the house that feels very self-contained and private. The TV room is seldom used by us so it feels rather like a one bedroom flat, with a large shared kitchen.
Our property is well located in a pretty and leafy part of BS8 very close to the water.
It is an easy walk to the city centre, 10 minutes along the harbour to Lloyds, 5 minutes to Clifton Village, 10 minutes to BBC and Bristol University.
There are numerous good pubs and restaurants in the area as well as the water taxi and bus stops. It's also brilliantly located for runners.
There is on street parking outside the property via the purchase of a residents parking permit.
Room available MONDAY-FRIDAY. We do not require you to remove all of your belongings at the weekend and are open to discussion about fewer days each week for a reduced rate.
