I am looking to rent a bedroom out in my garden flat in Clifton. The flat is in a great location, just off Pembroke Road, so within walking distance of Whiteladies Road / Clifton Village / The Triangle. It is in good condition, with a large kitchen, living room and garden (which is a great sunny spot for BBQs and relaxing during the summer months!). The bedroom itself is large and has everything you would need - a double bed and built in wardrobe space. You would be sharing the flat with two female professionals in their 20s.
I am looking for someone that is tidy and is willing to treat the flat as if it was their own.
The cost of the room is £725 PCM. This includes all bills - water / electricity / council tax / virgin media internet and TV family package.
