There is on street parking available which is permit-only. You are more than welcome to pay for the second permit should you wish which is just under £2 a week.

Lots of pubs, night clubs, restaurants (Bare Grills, Bills, Backyard, Cosmo, Wahaca, The Ivy, Two Belly, Bravas, Bosco), gyms (Nuffield Leisure, Anytime Fitness) and supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s) nearby.
There is a bus stop at either end of the road with regular buses into town and to Bristol Temple Meads. 10 Minute walk from Clifton Down train station also.

ABOUT ME
Jamie 34 year old male, I have lived in Bristol for about nine years. I enjoy cooking and listening to music (dub, drum n bass, hip hop, deep house, techno, reggae) I go to the gym a few times a week, love a good festival or gigs, the usual.
I am full time employed, helping get another startup company off the ground (subject to COVID19!) This takes up a lot of my time, so I don't usually get back until fairly late each day. Any questions, please ask!

I am looking to fill the spareroom with someone who is chilled, socialable and happy to share the odd glass of wine or meal, occasional pint.
