Double room in harbourside apartment from January

I have a furnished double room with private bathroom in a modern harbourside apartment available from 2nd Jan 2018.

The flat has just been decorated throughout including new carpets so looks great and probably better than my previous photos...

My friend is the landlord and lives nearby and having him as the landlord is much better than dealing through a stranger or an agency. I have lived here for over 4 years and the location and view would be hard to beat.

The room has a double bed with 2 bedside tables, (with 2 drawers in each) a wardrobe and a separate unit of drawers. Additional storage is available in the cupboard in the hallway if required. You will have your own private bathroom next to the bedroom as I have an ensuite in my room.

There is a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area with a small balcony overlooking the river. I am directly opposite the marina and the view stretches up to the SS Great Britain and down to the far end of the harbour.

A parking permit can be purchased for the cliftonwood/hotwells area and the cost varies depending on the emissions of the engine from free to £72. There is also a secure bike storage behind the flat.

A bit about me, I'm a single professional working locally in the city. I like to keep myself fit by swimming most mornings and always gym after work. I also play league badminton for a local club and travel to some European tournaments throughout the year. I enjoy quiet time at home and spend time at weekends with friends and family. It would be nice to find a social live in housemate where we occasionally share meal times etc and not live totally separate. I am happy to offer the room at £700 per month if you only need the room from Monday to Friday, just let me know what you prefer.
