We have a large 3 bedroom flat in Clifton with a double room available, the room comes with your own parking space

You will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate.

We have a very large living room, Virgin Broadband and TV. The room comes with a parking space. Your room is a very good size with a large wardrobe and desk. The room doesn't come with a bed but we have a sofa bed to sleep on for a few days whilst sorting out a bed if needed (previous flatmate may be willing to sell hers to you).

We have a clean and tidy flat, the hardcore clubbing days of every weekend are gone but enjoy drinks out at the bars/pubs close by and food out with friends with the odd night out thrown in here and there etc.

Looking for someone to move in from 1st November.

Rent is £450 and bills are approximately £120 month including council tax.
