Double Room in a clifton flat

Hi my name is Jake and I'm looking for a nice easy going new flatmate to take the 2nd bedroom in an ace flat right by the University of Bristol and the triangle.

The flat has two large bedrooms, both fully furnished. I currently have the one with the en-suite, which means the main bathroom (pictured) is all yours!

There is a really big shared living room which is great for relaxing in, watching movies, tv or having a glass of wine. One of the sofas doubles as a sofa bed, which is great if you want people to stay. And the kitchen is awesome - loads of storage space, a gas hob - basically everything we need. We also have a washer dryer, which is very handy indeed!

We also have a secluded front garden with a BBQ and table and chairs, which is great in the summer.

A little about myself; I'm a 29 year old guy and I work as a researcher up at the University. However, I know Bristol quite well as I've now lived here for about 9 years. I'm a pretty clean and tidy person, I play quite a bit of sport (football/martial arts are my main weaknesses) and I'm always keen to hang out and have a chat - movies, drinks, all the usual stuff really.

Bills for the flat including council tax, internet power, water, etc normally come in at about £150 each. Anyway, if you're interested, drop me a message and we can sort out a viewing!
