This is a very popular, tranquil, safe, leafy green neighbourhood within walking distance of Bristol City Centre, (15min walk downhill) the Harbourside, Bristol University and Clifton Village with its many cafes, pubs, boutique shops and the iconic bridge.

There are good public transport connections to Temple Mead train station and Bristol coach station. The river Avon is a three minute walk away and offers a very enjoyable ferry boat service all year around.
The cottage style, town house is to be shared with a maximum of four. Beside the house is a small community garden good for neighbourly BBQs and teas. Just a few hundred yards away is a cosy, little pub called The Lion which hosts live music, quiz nights etc.

Bills: Gas, electric, water, sewage, TV license, Fibre optic broadband and cleaning 85 pounds per month.
