Double Room Available in Top Floor Flat

I am looking for a tidy and considerate flatmate to share a two bedroom, top floor flat, situated right at the bottom of Clifton (sort of in Hotwells) The place is more or less fully furnished with plenty of storage space and even an outside shed, which is perfect for bicycles.

It's about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bristol, and well served by buses going that way. It is also just a short walk to Clifton Village and the suspension bridge and not too far from the shopping and glamour of Park St.

Plenty of good places to drink around here as well, if that's your thing.

The room itself is a reasonably-sized double room. There is a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table already in there, and space for a desk. If you'd like to replace what's there with your own suff, that is something we can discuss.

I have made this place a home, and want someone else who would treat it as such. The place certainly feels homely: there's wood burning stove and a coffee machine.

I am pretty easy to get on with, and really quite polite. Basically, I am not bad, and the flat is great, so get in touch.

Oh, and you can't smoke in the flat, but there is a balcony where you can smoke to your heart's content.
