Large double room available from 26th March 2012, in a deceptively big 3 bed cottage in Combe Down. The room comes partly furnished and requires a bed. The room is downstairs and has book shelves spanning all walls.

The rest of the house comprises a living room (with log burner), dining room, bathroom, kitchen (including dishwasher) and utility area. The garden has a patio, apple tree and lawn, and will be great for summer bbqs.

You will be sharing with one 25 year old male professional working at University of Bath and a 22 year old female professional. Looking for similar aged professionals or post grads who are sociable, tidy and easy to get along with. Sorry no students, due to council tax issues.

Rent is £300 and bills are usually £100. This includes BT Broadband & Vision, phone line, TV license, council tax, water, gas and electric.

Just outside is a bus stop, takes about 10 minutes to the centre of town. Walking takes 25 minutes. If you drive, there is always room on the road (free parking), I never have a problem finding a space.

The tenancy agreement needs to be sorted by the end of February / beginning of March, so viewings will be asap.
