Single Room In Lovely 2 Bed Flat (W/ Bills!)

Hi there,

I am looking to let out a single bedroom in the flat I am renting. I am a 25yo female professional looking for a female flatmate. I also have 2 very lovely and gentle cats so you would need to like animals!

The room is currently used as a dressing room but would be furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bills are included.

I am looking for someone clean and friendly but who also respects personal space (a 2 bedroom flat can be a lot of someone!). But I would like someone that I could sit and watch TV with or feel relaxed talking to but then be ok to have our own separate social lives. I hope that makes sense? Basically I'm a people person but ALSO a homebody and love my bed and own company too so I'd like someone with that balance.

The flat is part of a large apartment complex off Fishponds Road with a car park and a secure fob entrance. The city centre is 10-15 minutes away (max) on the bus and the bus stop is less than a minute away. I am also in walking distance to Tesco/Ikea/etc.
