Close to M3 bus - with private bathroom - House

I am looking for a lodger to rent the spare double room in my house, which I own.

Situated in Lyde Green, it has great access to the M3 bus, which is only a short walk away.
It is furnished with a double bed and drawers. There is also a washing machine and radiators for colder months and a washing line outside for when it is warm.

There is a good sized garden in the back, which is south facing, so gets lots of sun in the warmer months. All of the garden is maintained by myself, and I am learning more about it.

The street is quiet, and there is space to park a car on the driveway.

It will be just me living in the property and you will have access to your own bathroom, which has a shower and bath. I do not use the bath, so I will not go in the bathroom. The kitchen, garden space and living area is shared. There is an oven, microwave and air fryer if you need to use them.

I am 27 years old, a primary school teacher and I am a football referee who has games on Saturdays and occasionally midweek.

I am looking for someone who is tidy, easy to get along with. Anything else specific can be discussed upon enquiry.

The property is council tax band D. The room comes with all bills paid, including council tax, gas, electric, water and internet.
