The house is maintained to an excellent standard throughout with full use of communal areas such as the main bathroom, kitchen, living room, and garden.
All bills are included as well as Broadband and BT T. V.
The Bedroom for rent consists of a quality furniture such as a Double bed, 2 side cabinets, large chest of draws and triple wardrobe. There is a also a point for a t. v. if required.
Myself and the existing lodger are sociable, laid back people and would like someone of the same nature to move in.
