I am current flatmate (28, female) and I am looking for roommates (preferably masters or phd students) to join me in this beautiful 3 bed house in Filton. The whole house is newly renovated. There is one room on the ground floor and two on the first with the shared bathroom between two rooms (only as I have en-suite) . Rooms have doubled bed with a study table and enough storage with a wardrobe. New appliances with separate dryer and washer. It has good connectivity via 70, 73 and 74 buses, waking distance to Asda store, McD and UWE Frenchay is a 20 min walk.
I am a tidy person so I prefer someone who is too. Owner has strict a non-smoker, no pet policy. Bills are not included.
