Very comfortable good sized furnished double room in spacious house. Room has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and large storage area.
There is excellent broadband with additional router just outside this room. There are two bathrooms - both with showers and one with large freestanding bath. There is a huge shared kitchen/living area 13m x 5m metres with every amenity including large TV, dishwasher and washing machine etc.
Good local shops 50 metres walk away. There are regular transport links to city and the motorway is close. There is always on street parking.
The house has a very friendly labradoodle and a cat so a genuine animal lover is essential.

We are a friendly, sociable household and our new housemate would be similar.
