Double room av\ble in musical arty house Fishponds

Our two amazing housemates are sadly off for 6 months of travels so we have a Double room coming up for a sound couple in Fishponds sharing with 1 girl and 2 boys between 25-30 £500 odd quid a month. Complete with ensuite in our social house. Move in date October 18th.
Minimum 6 months let through agency, fees are reasonable.
Workers only, no students.
Big 3 storey, 4 bed house with decent sized lounge, nice kitchen with functioning new appliances, storage and downstairs loo, along with well equipped bathroom. We all work pretty hard so workers only, and no students due to a clause in the tenancy.

Plenty o parking n close to buses all through th night
Semi furnished or not... Depends how much stuff you have we could come to an agreement with the current couple. We could make room for a corner sofa if you have one but not much room for other furniture in the shared bit of the house.
Workshop Garage and lovely garden with fruit trees
Solar panels so electricity bill cheap yay!

Good cook & up for communal cooking once a week, we share an organic veg box. Is tres bien!
CLEAN AND TIDY! Too old to be arguing over whose washing up it is or having to tell people to clean up.
Maybe have a super awesome corner sofa?!
Must like cats, as there's 3 of them for th foreseeable 6 months while our housemates go travelling and they WILL be in your room as they are the leaving coupes so they are used to sleeping in there so cat lovers, not just toleraters are a must.
