There is a lovely garden including a lawn at the back so prefect for chilling out in (don't worry we send a gardener so no hassles with cutting the grass).
The rooms are all furnished with double bed (apart from the two single rooms), luxury mattress, wardrobe, chest of draws and a bedside cabinet.

A cleaner visits once per week to take care of all the communal areas too!

Local shops etc nearby and great transport links within easy reach of the city centre. There is a literally a bus stop right outside. There is also on street parking available for free!

All bills included except gas and electric, first and last months rent required. A holding deposit is required which is capped at one weeks rent.
