Hello,
I am looking for a Monday - Friday Lodger, situated in the new housing estate just behind the MOD and UWE, within walking distance to both and HP and Bristol Business Park and 15 minuet walk to Filton Abbey Wood train station and bus stop down the road with regular buses into town. There are also supermarkets and restaurants less than 5 minuet walk away.
I work 9 - 5 hours and like to spend evening going to the gym or socializing with friends. I like to keep a clean tidy flat and would expect you to keep your bedroom / bathroom the same
There is a TV in bedroom and own bathroom with shower/bath opposite the room. Cooking facilities available.
