Furnished Double Room in Huge 3 Bed House

Hello!

We are perfectly situated for UWE, the MOD or Aztec West as well as connections to the M4/5 via the M32.

The amount due is inclusive of Rent, Energy/Gas, Council Tax and Internet.

We currently have a spare double room available for rent that comes furnished with a folding bed/sofa and large desk, office chair and long drawer for clothes. There is also room in the hallway for shoes.

We're two very laid back British Chinese brothers who love exercising, cooking and video games, I am working as a Software Developer and my brother has just graduated from university.

- Our living room has a 55" TV, Chromecast and PS4 for communal use

- We have a fully stocked kitchen with quality cutlery, plates and crockery

- We have BT fiber optic broadband with good WiFi coverage across the house

- The garden is massive and beautiful during the summer and is perfect for BBQs (we have one of those too!)

- We have our own driveway and we have space for an additional car/vehicle if you have one

- We have a washing machine but no dryer

You'll be free to use anything in the kitchen as long you clean up after yourself and the living room when it is not in use. We go to the gym and play badminton often so some nights we will home later than usual.

Dinner time for us tends to be around 7pm and we like to watch Anime or some other show in the living room.

We're looking for someone who doesn't mind living with some friendly guys with nerdy tendencies and can help look after the house (it's a big place!).

Connections to the centre and outside Bristol are good, we're right by the M32 and getting to the centre of town by bus or car takes 20 minutes assuming no traffic.
