Double bedroom in quiet street

Hello,

I have a good sized light double room to rent in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac street situated next to woodland.

Furnished with a double bed and double wardrobe.

Important to note - I have two dogs and three cats so I need a genuine, patient animal lover else it just wont work - I also have a small pet care business which means occasionally I will have animals boarding in the house. There is a shared living room, but also a sofa and TV port in the room to rent as downstairs may get a little over crowded with animals from time to time.

I have a small garden which leads on to another cul-de-sac and there's a side access area where a bike can be stored if needed. Car parking available in street at front of the house.

Lovely kitchen but no dining room.

Small bathroom with shower and bath.

I also have attic space if you need to store anything :)

All bills included - unless uber excessive use of gas and electric and then the difference will be split.

I'm a quiet person who likes a chilled life. I'm not big into socialising but have my close friends who I like to have dinner with occasionally and my best friend lives two streets behind.
I need someone similar as due to my business I can't have lots of people in and out of the house.
You don't have to be a super involved housemate where we hang out and have dinner together - I'd rather someone who's lovely and respectful who just chills out and is happy to go with the flow.

The big no no's are:
Absolutely no smokers (not even social)
Absolutely nobody who does any kind of recreational drugs
No night workers
No students
No one who comes home drunk at 2am throwing up in my crockery - had that already and didn't love it.

7 minute walk to 1, 75, 40 and 41 bus stops.
10 minute walk to awesome Aldi
1 minute walk to local shop for emergencies
5 minute walk to Blaise Estate
15 minute walk to Blaise Castle Cafe

Couples welcome on a short term basis at a rate of £550pcm
