Large & airy unfurnished room in shared 2 bed flat

I am a 27 year old professional female looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy female available to move in at the end of February/beginning of March.

We will be sharing a living room, kitchen and bathroom (although my bedroom will have an ensuite toilet room, so we'll just be sharing the shower and bath facilities!)

The available bedroom is absolutely massive- the photos don't really do it justice because I couldn't zoom out enough, but believe me when I say you will have tons of space! It's also very airy and bright, with a lovely view over the gardens and houses opposite.

The living room will be part furnished at the start of the tenancy, but I am hoping to finish furnishing it again as soon as possible- so if you have any furniture to bring with you it would be very welcome :-)

There is a good sized kitchen which comes with fridge freezer, washing machine and gas oven, along with a toaster, kettle and microwave.

The bathroom includes both a bath and overhead electric shower.

The flat has gas central heating and there is also a small patio at the entrance.

The tenancy is a six month rolling contract, available from the end of February/beginning of March, so I will be happy to arrange viewings as soon as possible.

Unfortunately I can't afford to pay the council tax by myself, so I wouldn't be looking to live with a student. Please also be aware that the landlord doesn't allow pets or smoking in the flat.

Rent is £375 per month excluding bills, and there is a £425 deposit along with a £192 agency fee.

Bills come to approximately £120 per month per person.
