There is also Fibre Broadband accessed via Wifi throughout the house and garden.

The house is located in a new build estate close to the Bristol ring road (A4174) this provides great links to Filton, the city centre and Bath. If you prefer to get around by bike the house is on the Bath Bristol Railway path with a direct route into the city centre or Bath and the ring Road cycle path will also take you round to Filton.

You will be sharing the house with a 30 year old male engineer (who is also the landlord). I enjoy sports and cycle to work every day and like to spend my weekends doing a mixture of athletic activities and chilling out, I am particularly looking forward to hanging out in the garden and doing some barbecues this year! I am quite laid back around the house but like to keep the place tidy about once a week to keep it nice to live in. I enjoy cooking and would enjoy sharing cooking duties with a housemate taking it in turn to cook for each other but would also understand if you prefer to eat separately. I have lived with both blokes and girls and have no real preference. I am just looking for someone who will enjoy living with me in the house.
