Double room in friendly house

I would like to rent out 2 rooms in my 3 bed Victorian house. Both rooms have lovely views over fields and woods. Bristol, Bath and Wells are all within easy commuting distance and bus stops are less than 5 mins walk. I have a large, private patio and garden; driveway parking; washing machine and wireless broadband. There is a large, bright and airey kitchen with breakfast bar, and a large bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. There are also 2 large sheds which you are welcome to use for storage.
The house is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the High Street and Sports Centre.
I am clean, tidy, easy going, and have a good sense of humour. I have two friendly dogs, who will be interviewing all prospective sharers. They can be bribed with sausages ;-)
