Looking for flatmate by St. Andrews Park

The flat is a two bedroom apartment, close to Gloucester road with great pubs and restaurants, without the noise from the road. The current flatmate is moving countries and so it’s time to bring someone new into the fold.

I’m looking for someone who is fun, tidy and sociable, who enjoys hanging out as a flat, but also that we can respect each other when either needs alone time. The home is meant to be a safe space where you can relax, and be yourself.

All in all this isn’t a party house. Having mates over? Absolutely! The occasional late night party? Suuure. But if you want to host parties until the crack of dawn every weekend I think you should look for another place. I myself enjoy going out, pubs & clubs, but rarely bring the party home with me.

I’d prefer it if you are either a hybrid worker or full time work in the office. No 100 % remote work please. I myself am almost always in the office, apart from Fridays and with some exceptions.

I’m Elli and I moved to Bristol a little over 2 years ago from Sweden. I’m a sociable being who enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking & kayaking, but also hanging out with friends, being out and about. To destress from the day I might be reading, gaming, or watching a show. I like to keep things tidy and clean, but not to the extreme end where you aren’t allowed to exist in your own space.

Practical information
The flat is unfurnished, but I own the furniture that’s currently there so there will be only some discrepancies from how it is in the photos.
This does mean your room won’t be furnished though. But I know that the current tenant is open to making a deal if you don’t have your own furniture. Her furniture are those displayed in the photos.

There's currently a cat living here but the cat + the cat furniture and accessories will be going with the current tenant.

With rent + bills the monthly cost lands roughly around £850 per person.

Move in date is 18th of August and that’s non-negotiable.
