Double attic room in 3 bed Montpelier house

Spacious attic room in 3 bed house in Montpelier.

It's semi-furnished, there's a bed, desk and chair in there. I want to keep the bed, but can relocate the other bits if you don't want them.

The downstairs is open plan & there's a kitchen and small garden at the back.
You'll be living with me (27yr old male) and my room mate (24yrs old female). We're both young professionals.

One thing to note is that the room hasn't got a door, but it's up it's own staircase, so privacy isn't a problem. Just that you'll be able to hear noises from the house, but as both of us work full time, we won't be partying during the week. Best thing is to see the room and decide what you think.

We're into cycling, climbing, going to gigs/ nights out, cooking communal meals/ eating good food. If you think you could get on with that then give me a shout. Brexit voters need not apply.

I'd like to do viewings this weekend (2/3rd July) if possible with an idea of someone moving in on July 12th or soon after.

Rent will be £500pm this includes all bills- Utilities, council tax, internet etc.
I'd say 3 months minimum contract and we'll take it from there.
