Double room with own bathroom

Hey!

My long-term lodger is leaving at the end of May and is relocating up North, and so I am looking for someone to take her room from June 2024. I currently live in the flat with my boyfriend.

The flat is based in Old Market, just off of Old Market roundabout.

The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, large lounge/diner and a balcony - (1 large double with ensuite & 1 small double with own separate bathroom down the hall).

I am renting out the smaller double which will be furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and desk, with access to your own bathroom (pictured) down the hall, as I have the ensuite.

A little bit about me. I am 27 years old, and have lived in Bristol for 7 years. I work 8-6 Monday to Friday at the office but have the occasional day working from home. Weekday evenings I enjoy relaxing, going for food or exploring the city, but tend to be out most weekends with friends. I am looking for someone with a similar schedule.

All bills will be included (water, electric, council tax, service charge, wifi).

There is no parking available at the property, but I park my car a 4 min walk away for either £3.75 a day, or £75 a month.

Me and my partner are relocating to Barcelona at the end of the year, which is why the contract is for a maximum of 6 months.
