You would have shared use of the rest of the house (living room, bathroom, kitchen) and the huge garden at the back of the house. Wifi is available throughout, and the living room has Sky TV and BT Sport. A residential, off-street parking space is available.

Room comes with large chest of drawers, wardrobe and single bed, although a double bed would fit if you would like to bring one.

The road is very peaceful, and the local amenities of Radstock and Midsomer Norton are within walking distance. The house is within easy commuter distance for Bath and Frome (about 20 minutes away) and Bristol (about 45 minutes away).

You would be sharing with the owner, a friendly, chilled-out young female professional looking for similar personality, either professional or post-grad student, who is looking for somewhere to call home.

Rent is £350 a month, with bills on top - generally about £100 a month.
