The flat is in a great location, ~2 minutes from Clifton Down and very close to all the restaurants and shops on Whiteladies Road. The room is available from 22 July 2016. The bedroom is unfurnished but the current tenant is willing to sell the furniture listed below (price to be negotiated). There is a large kitchen, two shared bathrooms and spacious living room. The monthly rent is £485 per month, excluding bills (approximately £95 per month). The flat is shared by two friendly male professionals and we are looking for another professional (male or female, late twenties) who is easy-going, considerate and tidy.

The deposit is £623 (lodged with the Deposit Protection Service), plus the pro rata rent and bills for the first month (~£355).
