Lovely double room to rent in Redland

Hi, we a€™re Lily and Faye, 22 and 24. We have a double room available for rent from 8th December in our gorgeous, large, light and spacious three bedroom flat. The flat is situated in a perfect location just off of Whiteladies Road, Redland. We are close to plenty of shops and only a short walk to the city centre (15-20 mins), Clifton Village (10-15 mins) or Gloucester Road (15-20 mins).

The room is small at approx 10 ft x 8ft L-shaped and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is a large sash window looking out onto tree lined road. The lounge has plenty of communal space and is interconnected to the conservatory that leads on to the roof terrace - perfect for balmy evenings, barbecues and a glass of wine in warm weather. If you can imagine it through the bitter cold weather we're having right now!

The room is £450 per month including Council Tax. Other bills (water, electric, gas and TV license) come to about an average £80 pcm split across the year. We also have Virgin TV, broadband and telephone package with free UK landline calls at weekends which is included within the £80 budget. The flat is privately owned (no agency fees!!) and you will be required to commit to a six month contract which automatically goes in to a monthly rolling basis.

Now a little bit about us:

I (Lily) work in bid management and Faye works in customer service. As we both work long hours and have quite stressful jobs we like our flat to be chilled, fun, clean and full of cake and... Wine! We spend often spend our free time; cooking, baking, going out to eat (we're big foodies), counterbalancing our foodie ways by going to the gym (sometimes...), going to see comedy/music/or whatever Bristol has to offer and just simply staying in and watching some severely trashy TV (we are big made in Chelsea fans).
We are looking for a like minded, considerate, friendly, clean and tidy professional. Our flat is our home and we are looking for someone who wants to share it with us, have dinner together every now and again, go for a drink or even just lounge in our pjs with a good film.
