2 Rooms available in Student House in Redland

Room 1

Hi everyone, we’ve got 2 rooms becoming free in January in a nice, friendly student house on Coldharbour Rd in Redlands.

One room will be free from the 1st of January and the other room will be free from the 17th. We’re only moving out because one of us has got a new student placement outside the city and doesn’t want to commute and the other one has a friend offering free accommodation.

It’s a big student house and both rooms are fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk. The house has a good kitchen that’s fully kitted out with an attached dining area and a separate large living room with TV. We have virgin internet (really fast!) and so far bills have been really low, though they are not included in the monthly rental amount.

The contract runs til the last week of June, and the rooms are probably best for students due to council tax.
