Hello, I am Polly, the live-in owner. I live here with my two sons aged 13 and 14.
The single furnished room will suit a fairly quiet and clean, full time working professional or full time student.

I work part-time and am into property renovation. The boys polite and are at school. We pretty much do our own thing and keep busy.

We have had quite a few different people live here, mainly short term from all around the world, PhD students and working professionals.
