Double room available in sociable 5 bed house shar

Hi there we are four professional girls in our mid 20s looking for a new housemate to join our friendly house share in April. Our current housemate is leaving to co-habit with a boy five minutes down the road. We are looking for a professional aged between 24 and 32, male or female to fill her place.

We are ideally looking for someone who is sociable, friendly and up for a laugh and doesn't mind getting involved in house meals. Would like a person who is interested in becoming friends and hanging out and not just someone who is interested in splitting the rent. We have friends round for dinner occasionally and wouldn't mind you doing the same! We like going to the pub usually around Stokes Croft and out and about at the weekends, taking in a walk or bike ride somewhere in and around the Bristol area.

The house has 5 double bedrooms, a large kitchen (where we spend most of our time), living room, and two bathrooms. There is space if you have a bike. We are just a ten minute from both Gloucester Road and Whiteladies Road, so pretty well situated!

The boring bits; rent is £360 per month payable on 12th, bills on top come to approx £70 per month (some bills have already been paid for April which will need to be reimbursed to exiting tenant). The deposit is £443, plus a charge is of £234. 00 to cover reference fees and admin to cover new paperwork. This has to be cleared before we commence referencing and is non-refundable a fee for the new contract from the Agents. We are looking for someone to move in from 5th April, this is a little flexible but no later than 12th April.
