Furnished studio flat in friendly shared house!

Hello, house hunter.

We are a group of ten (6 lasses, 4 laddies) in a large shared house looking for one more to join in. We are fun and friendly and live in a great house, with a big garden. We are looking for professionals (aged 23-33) who would get involved in house activities.

We do lots of things together including house parties, gigs, music festivals, beer festivals, gin festivals and foreign holidays. We often spend evenings at the pub (there are lots nearby) and just generally enjoy hanging out together, while also having our own lives.

Every Wednesday we have Humpday Stewday where we take it in turns to cook for each other. Past meals have ranged from blue soup to Spanish tortilla.

The self-contained studio itself is spacious, with its own bath/shower (excellent hot water), toilet and washing machine. It also has a kitchenette, complete with an oven, and an extractor fan so your bedroom won't smell of cooking! There's also a little sofa and coffee table, and a really comfy double bed. The listed price covers rent, water, internet and gas, but not electricity.
