We are looking for a tidy and social flatmate to move into our nice flat in Redland. This lovely, colourful, and well-furnished flat has two double bedrooms.

You will have a spacious double bedroom with lots of wardrobes, a dressing table, and a window to the garden.

The house is located in a very green and beautiful area behind Redland tennis club and is just 5 minutes walk to Whiteladies road.

Living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared. We also have TV in living room (rent includes TV licence).

If you want this room for Mon-Fri only, the rent including the bills will be £350.

About Us:
I am a final year PhD student at the University of Bristol. My husband is a professional engineer. He is working at home and for some days he goes to the office.

We are social and easy-going, quite happy to chat and share a meal, as well as giving people their own space.

I will start my job in another city in December, so it is very likely that we move out in late November. After that time you can find another flatmate and we will transfer the tenancy agreement to you. The total rent for the flat is £925 (including water), and the bills for Gas/elect/internet are around £125.
