There is a big living room which is furnished with sofas and a dining table. The free bedroom is the top-level room (pictures attached) with access to a roof terrace which is pretty great in the summer!
The rent is £425pcm including bills. This covers council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet, a full Sky package and BT sport
We have an off-street parking space and there is plenty of free on-street parking.
