This room offers:

- In room 40" flatscreen tv;
- Fantastic location, with excellent bus and train services 3 minutes walk away, a choice of Whiteladies or Gloucester Road within 10 minutes walk and easy access to the town centre;
- A comfortable room in a very clean, tidy and welcoming house, which you can call home.
- In room extras including comfy armchair, new mattress, desk, large beanbag, lamps, ironing board and iron.
- Access to a modern kitchen/diner and washing machine.
- Bedding and towels can be provided and laundered.
- Cleaning is provided, however we would expect the room to be tidy and clean before you leave for the weekend.
- On street parking.

We are a professional and friendly couple who are welcoming. We work long hours and enjoy chilling out in the evenings. We would welcome someone who is clean and tidy and is looking for Monday to Friday room in a quiet home. We would be happy for some belongings to be left in the room at weekends and would consider short or long term tenants, preferably a minimum of 6 months.
