We have a large bright double bedroom, available either 7 days a week at £580 or Mon - Fri £430 It's on the top floor of our spacious family home.
The shower room is sometimes shared with 1 other or occasionally two others. Room includes large desk (if required), big wardrobe, drawers, armchair, kettle/mini fridge for making drinks/snacks . Agreed use of clean and tidy kitchen, own fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Our home is within 5-10 minutes walk of the university,10-15 minutes to hospitals and 20 mins to centre of Bristol. We are surrounded by great places to eat and drink, local shops, and fantastic transport links.

We are a friendly couple looking for a quiet student/postgrad or professional to rent our spare room. There will occasionally be one other lodger and my adult children (19 and 21) are sometimes home in the university holidays. We also have a fluffy unfriendly cat and two chickens! Free eggs if you are happy to feed our chickens when we are away!

Please note this is not a 'house share', but a room with access to the kitchen and garden and our second sitting room. We are happy to chat and occasionally socialise, but we also enjoy our own space. The house is on four floors, with this room on the top floor, so it is secluded and private. Perfect if you too like your own space or need some peace when you come home. We find the kitchen works best if you like to keep your cooking simple, or batch cook and we agree when we will all use it in advance.. Occasional overnight guests by agreement.

The pictures shows the room before decoration with a single bed, it has now been decorated with new ikea furniture and a double bed.
